What is Kosher?
The word Kosher comes from Casher, which means "proper" or "appropriate" in Hebrew. A Kosher food is any food permitted for consumption according to Jewish dietary laws.
Kosher is a certification that provides safety and trust to the final consumer.

Pareve
In general, all minerals and vegetables in their natural state are considered Kosher Pareve (there are exceptions, such as fish, which, although considered Pareve, are specially identified to avoid a prohibited mixture).

Dairy
Only milk and its derivatives from a Kosher animal are permitted.

Meat
Kosher meat is considered any meat that comes from animals permitted by Jewish law and that have been slaughtered according to this standard. Any byproduct derived from Kosher meat will also be considered meat.

Passover
It has its origins in the festival of Passover. The consumption of chametz is prohibited, and its production requires much stricter supervision.
